The production procedure

Every evening after the collection, the olives are transfered to the oil-factory in sacks with the tracktor.

Fase 1

The sacks are emptied in a special machine, which is used to separate the leaves from the olives. The leaves are thrown away automatically, while the olives are sent to the collector.

Fase 2

The olives are mixed with water, so that they get cleaned and a final separation of olives and leaves takes place. The olives are collected in a common place.

Fase 3

The olives are crashed together with the kernel and the mix is grinded.

Fase 4
The olive is separated from the kernel with a special transparent membrane and the pure oil is sent for further processing.
Fase 5
The final fase of the olive oil production. The extra virgin olive oil is extracted and placed in special oil barrels.
