The collection procedure

Fase 1 : The working team cuts the branches of the olive tree, because it helps the tree to further develop. The olives from the branches are collected at the same time. During the winter time, the biggest branches are used for heating and cooking at the fireplace and the stove accordingly.

Fase 2 : The working team collects the olives from the branches with a special tool.

Fase 3 : A special net is used to separate the olives from the leaves.

Fase 4 : The olives are placed in a crate after the collection and then into bags and are sent to the oil - factory
